The paper describes a clinical history of intraligamentous administration of autologic latelet-rich plasma and thrombin serum in case of partial injury of the anterior cruciate ligament. Improvement of all indicators of the questionnaires and assessment scales, positive changes of the magnetic resonance imaging of the area of injury 6 months after the operation, Traumatology and orthopedics improvement of functions and muscle strength restoration of the knee joint detected with the isokinetic examination 1 year after the operation prove a necessity of controlled researches in order to elaborate a methodology of applying this method for treatment of partial injury of the anterior cruciate ligament.
knee arthroscopy, anterior cruciate ligament, platelet-rich plasma, thrombin serum
