ABSTRACT

Within the framework of the article, the author suggests defining the place and role of the Patriotic Front and socio-political organizations of Vietnam in the policy of ethnic equality as the purpose of the study. The research used methods of analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of data from Vietnamese research agencies, which provide a qualified assessment of the activities of the National Front and socio-political organizations in Vietnam aimed at pursuing a policy of ethnic equality. From a theoretical point of view, the article contributes to the system of scientific research on the policy of ethnic equality and the role of state institutions. From a practical point of view, the results of the article's research confirm that the implementation of specific functions and tasks of these organizations greatly contributes to the successful implementation of the policy of ethnic equality pursued in Vietnam. The author concludes that the key role of the National Front and socio-political organizations is as a "bridge of will and aspirations" between the government and the people, contributing to the implementation of state policy and improving the quality of life of people. Nevertheless, in order to further strengthen the role and importance of these organizations in the field of national policy for ensuring ethnic equality, changes should be made in the functioning of institutions, improving the mechanism of work and improving the level of skills of human resources.
