The administrative reform that continues in Russia in the sphere of state power and local selfgovernment is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the executive power, local self-government bodies in the sphere of implementing legislation regulating the mechanisms for realizing the aspirations of citizens of the country to improve the quality of life. Government bodies are constantly searching for effective models for building municipal government bodies, as the closest to the needs and aspirations of people. Federal legislation provides only a general description of a possible model for building an internal system of local self-government. An interdisciplinary study of this issue is necessary, a study of the best practices for implementing this law, and one should not ignore the experience of building companies whose effectiveness is measured by specific results of activities measurable in economic terms. This article attempts to study possible models for the formation of local government bodies at an interdisciplinary level and identify the best ideas for use by municipalities.
