This scientific article presents some problematic issues that arise before the investigator during the investigation of violent violent crimes against the individual in the sphere of family and household relations. These criminally punishable acts are very common in Russian society, as evidenced by not falling statistical indicators. In order to successfully disclose and investigate the crimes of this category, it is necessary to use tactical methods used in the investigation of crimes against the person, with a referral to the sphere of household relations, paying special attention to the specifics of the relationship between the offender and the victim and the circumstances of the committed behavior. During the initial stage of the investigation of crimes involving the infliction of serious harm to health through domestic or family-household relations, the investigator must collect the maximum amount of information on the facts preceding the commission of the crime; Detect and remove possible traces at the crime scene; appoint different expertise; To exclude the instigation of a crime or the disguise and concealment of another more serious crime.
