ANATOMIC STRUCTURE OF THE LEAFOF HEMEROCALLIS HYBRIDA
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The research objective was studying of ana-tomic structure of a leaf at three grades of Hemero-callis hybrida in the conditions of a forest-steppe zone of Western Siberia for identification of adapta-tion opportunities. Features of anatomic structure of a leaf at three grades of Hemerocallis hybrid, i.e. Regal Air, Luxury Lace and Stafford introduced in a forest-steppe zone of Western Siberia were ana-lyzed. The morphological description of the abaxial and adaxial parties of epiderma and cross cut of a leaf were submitted. It was established that for the-se grades xeromezofit signs of a structure of a sheet plate were characteristic. The conclusion was made that transpirate ability was 1.5-4 times more on lower, than the top epidermis of a leaf. A mor-phological variety of structure of the cells of an epi-derma of a leaf at H. hybrida was revealed. It was noted that from the lower part of a leaf of a cell of epiderma had a thick cuticle at a middle flower grade of Luxury Lace and late-flowering Stafford that carried a xerofit sign. Anticlinal (lateral) walls of the lower epiderma at the same grades were thick-ened. It testified of rather high degree of durability of a sheet plate. At an early-flowering grade of Re-gal Air of a cover of epidermal were not thickened that had mezofit signs. Xeromezofit signs in the structure of epiderma were more brightly expressed at a late-flowering grade of Stafford. It was shown that at grades of Luxury Lace, Regal Air, Stafford a leaf of amfistomitic type, unifacial that confirmed patrimonial communication of these grades. The mouths of aperigennic type, carrying-out bunches collateral that was characteristic of representatives of Hemerocallidaceae family. However, the sort specific features in the morphological structure of the cells of epiderma of a leaf and their quantitative relation that reflected adaptation opportunities of these introduced species with different terms of blossoming in the conditions of Western Siberia were noted.
