The analysis of the examination of the biological material received from the pigs in the polymerase chain reaction on mycoplasmosis, viral and clamidiosis animal infections is presented in the article. The distribution of mycoplasmas and chlamydiaein the farms disadvantaged in the pigviral diseases is established.
