The analysis of the horse infectious disease manifestations in Mongolia territory in the period 2003-2012 is given in the article. According to the authors’ data the most common horse infectious diseases are strangles, infectious anemia, sporadic cases in animal glanders disease. The horse strangles occupies the highest share in the total structure of animal infectious pathology.
