Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the issues of educational institution development in the closed cities of the Siberian Ministry of middle mechanical engineering industry. The archival document research and the published source study allow the author to draw the conclusions that the developed structure of educational institutions which had the necessary material resources and the qualified group of teachers was established in the regional closed cities.
