ABSTRACT

The factors that according to the authors contribute to manageability, determined using econometric methods. Through the analysis performed by the example of 59 organizations, the conclusion as to which of them is a priority for organizations manageability is given.

Не углубляясь в терминологический анализ, предлагаем понимать управляемость как степень реагирования объекта управления на управленческие воздействия, чувствительность системы к управляющему воздействию. Благодаря этой чувствительности система как поддающаяся управлению приобретает способность к достижению целей. Отечественные (А. Литягин, М. Белов, Г.Суровцев, Ю. Мороз) [1; 4; 11] и зарубежные (К. Бланшар, П. Друкер, Т. Санталайнен, Э. Воутилайнен, П. Поренне, Й. Ниссинен) исследователи, являющиеся сторонниками подобного представления, предлагают оценивать управляемость по достижению поставленных целей [2; 5; 10].
