ABSTRACT

Stat'ya posvyaschena issledovaniyu kriminologicheskih i operativno-rfzysknyh osobennostey preduprezhdeniya ekstremistskoy deyatel'nosti. Proanalizirovannye statisticheskie dannye, a takzhe doktrinal'nye i zakonodatel'nye istochniki ukazyvayut na to, chto profilaktika ekstremizma trebuet peresmotra imeyuscheysya segodnya modeli. Normativno-pravovaya osnova protivodeystviya prestupleniyam ekstremistskoy napravlennosti predstavlyaet soboy dostatochnyy metodologicheskiy bazis povysheniya urovnya predupreditel'nogo vozdeystviya na lic, sovershivshih ili sklonnyh k soversheniyu obschestvenno opasnyh deyaniy, osnovannyh na motivah nenavisti ili vrazhdy. Obosnovana neobhodimost' kompleksnogo ispol'zovaniya kriminologicheskogo i operativno-razysknogo potenciala vo vzyatoy dlya issledovaniya oblasti. Prodemonstrirovany klyuchevye elementy kriminologicheskogo i operativno-razysknogo preduprezhdeniya kriminal'noy ekstremistskoy deyatel'nosti. Akcentirovano vnimanie na neobhodimosti sovershenstvovaniya mezhgosudarstvennogo i mezhvedomstvennogo vzaimodeystviya v bor'be s razlichnymi formami protivopravnoy deyatel'nosti, osnovannoy na motivah nenavisti ili vrazhdy. Otdel'no akcentirovano vnimanie na mehanizmah profilaktiki ekstremizma v mestah lisheniya svobody. Sdelan vyvod o neobhodimosti razrabotki i prinyatiya konsolidirovannogo akta, skoncentrirovavshego v sebe vse instrumenty kriminologicheskogo i operativno-razysknogo preduprezhdeniya ekstremistskoy deyatel'nosti.
