Organizations of all forms of ownership in the process of production and economic activity is exposed to the crisis, economic and financial problems, often leading to insolvency. Especially this problem is relevant for our country in accordance with the tradition in recent years, statistics have become more frequent cases of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy in modern Russia is supposed to be a civilised method of market regulation of economic relations, and way of redistribution of property in the interests of individual persons.
