COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF TWO FRESHWATER BODIES IN CHELYABINSK REGION FOR HEAVY METALS CONTENT IN THE FISH

Abstract (English):
V stat'e privedeny sravnitel'nye dannye o soderzhanii semi tyazhelyh metallov (TM) v rybe dvuh rybohozyay- stvennyh vodoemov Chelyabinskoy oblasti, podverzhennyh razlichnoy tehnogennoy nagruzke. Prud na Bezymyannoy balke (Krasnoarmeyskiy municipal'nyy rayon Chelyabinskoy oblasti) raspolozhen vdali ot gorodov i krupnyh proizvodstv, a potomu mozhet vystupat' v ekologicheskih issledovaniyah kak otnositel'nyy kontrol' po otnosheniyu ko mnogim vo- dnym ob'ektam. Ozero Chebarkul' (Chebarkul'skiy rayon Chelyabinskoy oblasti) so vseh storon okruzhen naselennymi punktami i bazami otdyha, vklyuchaya g. Chebarkul' s naseleniem 40 tys. chel., i ispytyvaet znachitel'nuyu antropogen- nuyu nagruzku. V myshechnoy i kostnoy tkanyah plotvy Rutilus rutilus i okunya Perca fluviatilis iz etih vodoemov atomno- absorbcionnym spektrofotometricheskim metodom bylo opredeleno soderzhanie Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd. V hode statisticheskogo analiza vychislyali srednie znacheniya soderzhaniya TM v tkanyah, kotorye snabzhali 95 %-nymi do- veritel'nymi intervalami, vychislennymi proceduroy neparametricheskogo butstrepa (metod BCa, n=99999). Srav- nenie dvuh vodoemov po soderzhaniyu TM v tkanyah ryb provodili s pomosch'yu tochnogo randomizacionnogo varianta U-kriteriya Manna–Uitni. Bylo ustanovleno, chto ryba bolee antropogenno zagryaznennogo vodoema nakaplivaet stati- sticheski znachimo bol'she TM. Soderzhanie Cd v myase plotvy oz. Chebarkul' sostavilo 0,090 mg/kg, a okunya – 0,225 mg/kg, t.e. prevyshalo normativ (0,2 mg/kg). Ustanovleno, chto koncentraciya vseh TM krome Zn v tkanyah hischnogo vida – okunya – byla statisticheski znachimo vyshe, chem v tkanyah plotvy.
